Job Description:
As a Quality & Compliance Lead, you will:
- Lead CQC Compliance: Act as the primary contact for inspections, ensuring branches are fully prepared and compliant.
- Manage Policy Framework: Oversee the QCS system, keeping policies up to date and aligned with legislation and CQC standards.
- Support Branch Performance: Work closely with branch teams to drive improvements, conduct audits, and maintain high standards of care.
- Guide Through Change: Support compliance and operational updates during mergers, acquisitions, and structural changes.
- Train & Empower Leaders: Provide training and hands-on support to Registered Leads and teams, embedding best practices.
- Analyse & Report: Use compliance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Information:
- Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Full Time (Part-Time will be considered on a pro-rata salary)
