We are looking for a diligent and organised Client Compliance Administrator to support our domiciliary and supportive living care operations in maintaining high standards of client documentation, digital records, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of care regulations, and experience using digital care platforms such as the PASS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and regularly audit client care records, including care plans, risk assessments, consent forms, and medical details.
- Audit, update, and track information on the PASS system, ensuring all client records are accurate, timely, and compliant with current care delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of care documentation, identifying gaps or inconsistencies and taking appropriate action.
- Liaise with care staff and coordinators to ensure updates to client/tenant information are reflected promptly in the PASS system and other recordkeeping tools.
- Support the Registered Manager in preparing for CQC inspections, internal audits, and quality reviews.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all required documentation and digital entries are completed correctly.
- Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure care is delivered according to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist with data analysis, incident reporting, safeguarding documentation, and complaint tracking.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure all records are managed in line with GDPR and data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in a compliance, administrative, or audit-focused role, preferably in the health or social care sector.
- Familiarity with the PASS system or similar electronic care management platforms.
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and domiciliary care regulations.
- High level of attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and digital auditing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining privacy, dignity, and respect for all clients.
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Prior experience supporting audits or inspections in a care setting.
- Ability to train or guide staff in using the PASS system effectively.
