Being a Community Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable people by:

• Provide person-centred care in clients’ homes
• Administer medication and prepare meals
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, or social outings
• Offer physical and emotional support, ensuring clients feel valued
• Assist with daily tasks to maintain independence and dignity

Key Information:

• Pay Rates: £13.50/hour
• No Experience Required: Full training and shadowing provided, so you can start your career with confidence!
• Flexible Hours: Choose from part-time or full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Weekend Availability: Weekend working is required, offering flexibility for those who can work across the weekend.
• Mileage and Non-Mileage Pay Options: You can choose how to claim mileage expenses: through your payroll or directly from HMRC.
  •  Mileage Rate: Earn a higher hourly wage, but claim mileage separately through HMRC.
  •  Non-Mileage Rate: Earn a slightly lower hourly wage, but claim mileage through your payroll expenses.
