We are an ambitious and growing social care organisation with our central office based in Southampton and services located across the UK.
As we expand, maintaining accurate, reliable, and compliant digital records is more important than ever.
We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator to help ensure our Care systems remain robust, user-friendly, and data accurate across all sites.

About the Role
Based at our Southampton central office, with hybrid option you will support colleagues across multiple UK locations to ensure our care management systems are used correctly and consistently.
You will:
🔸Develop strong working knowledge of our digital care planning and business / reporting systems
🔸Monitor and maintain data accuracy across all services
🔸Carry out regular data quality audits and highlight fix and share discrepancies
🔸Provide first-line system support to staff
🔸Liaise with system providers to resolve technical issues
🔸Support onboarding and basic system training for new starters
As we continue to grow nationally, this role includes the ability and willingness to travel to services across the UK when on-site support, training, or data reviews are required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys being the “go-to” person for systems support.
Essential:
🔸Experience using or supporting business or care management systems
🔸Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
🔸Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
🔸Clear communication skills and confidence supporting non-technical users
🔸Ability and willingness to travel across the UK as required
Desirable:
🔸Experience with digital care planning systems such as Nourish Care or PASS by everyLIFE
🔸Experience within social care or healthcare environments
