This supported living care business is a subsidiary within the Natali Group and is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Registered Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in and around Southampton. This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape quality, culture, and operational delivery across the service.
In the initial steady state, you will oversee approximately 1500 care hours per week and lead a workforce of around 50 care staff, supported by a strong local management team of seven. The Registered Manager will also be expected to demonstrate the capability and leadership capacity to scale the service at pace in line with future growth.
As part of a wider care group, you will benefit from centralised support functions including HR, Finance, Payroll and Recruitment, enabling you to focus on operational excellence, compliance, and service quality.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing supported living services for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred support that enables people to live independently in their own homes.
- Maintaining full regulatory compliance with CQC standards.
- Managing and developing a team of care and support staff across multiple sites.
- Supporting the integration of incoming employees and service users as part of the new acquisition.
- Driving service improvement, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
- Building a strong, motivated, and values-driven team culture.
- Contributing to the continued growth of the service in line with organisational strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Current or recent CQC Registered Manager experience within supported living and/or domiciliary care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
- Proven leadership qualities and experience managing dispersed teams.
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
- Confidence managing change, embedding new processes, and leading teams through transition.
- A hands-on, motivational leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
