As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will reside at the service user’s property during the assignment, providing both personal and emotional support. The hours worked can fluctuate between 10 and 12 hours per day, and the role can vary depending on the complexity of the care required. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth administrative operations and top-quality care for our clients.
Your duties will include:
- Providing compassionate personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assisting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Offering both physical and emotional support to those in your care.
- Helping with medication administration, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
- Using our care app to ensure top-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
- Living at the client’s residence during the assignment, providing essential support throughout the day.
🔑 Key Information
- 💷Pay Rates: £129 to £153 per day (this is based on the average number of care hours per day)
- 🎓Previous Experience Required: Full training and shadowing will, however, be provided!
