We’re looking for a detail-driven Systems and Data Administrator to support the smooth running of our care services. You’ll be the go-to person for maintaining our core digital systems including care management platforms such as Nourish and PASS (Person-Centred Software) ensuring that the data behind them is accurate, reliable, and supports high-quality care delivery.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with both care and office teams to manage digital workflows, support system users, troubleshoot issues, and help us continuously improve how we use technology in care. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and making systems more effective for frontline teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Take ownership of identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies across care and operational systems, including root cause analysis and prevention
- Monitor and manage integrations and data flows between systems such as Nourish, PASS, rostering tools, and finance platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Administer care management systems (e.g. Nourish, PASS) including user setup, permissions, configuration, and data integrity / entry.
- Cross functional support to all departments within the business.
- Troubleshoot system issues, liaising with software providers where needed, and support system updates, configuration changes, and new feature rollouts
- Produce operational, compliance, and financial reports/dashboards (e.g. occupancy, care hours, audits), providing clear and reliable insights
- Train care and office staff on system use, best practices, and data accuracy, maintaining up-to-date guidance and documentation
- Maintain full visibility of data across systems to ensure a single, accurate version of the truth that supports safe and effective care
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Experience working with multiple systems and data flows within a care or healthcare environment (e.g. care management systems, rostering, finance)
- Strong data skills, including Excel and managing imports/exports
- Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data issues
- Experience administering systems (users, permissions, configuration)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users, including frontline care staff
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes, data quality, and care outcomes
Desirable
- Experience using or administering care management systems such as Nourish or PASS (Person-Centred Software)
- Care Coordination
- Experience with system integrations or APIs
- Experience with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Metabase)
- Understanding of care sector compliance requirements (e.g. CQC standards, GDPR in care settings)
