About The Role

Due to expansion Nobilis Care are looking for our next customer service superstars to support out clients at our contact centre in Southampton.

Full-time applicants are welcome to apply.

Care and/or customer service experience would be an advantage for this role.

What hours am I expected to work?

5 week rolling rota

6am - 2pm
10am - 6pm
2pm - 10pm

Weekend Working

1 weekend out of 5

What will YOU be doing as part of the Nobilis TEAM?

  • Supporting our clients and care staff with inbound calls
  • Providing support to family members and following our internal escalation process
  • Supporting other members of the customer service team
  • Liaising with external healthcare professionals

  • Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and their families
